The representation and presence of people with disabilities in the arts remain very limited. D.I.V.A. — Diversity, Inclusion and Visibility in the Arts — was a community and inclusion project funded by Creative Europe. Its main purpose was to improve the representation and participation of this underrepresented community in the arts sector, demonstrating how important — and possible — it is to give everyone a platform in a diverse and inclusive way. The project brought together three theatre companies from three countries — Gato Escaldado de Teatro, from Portugal; Theama Production, from Greece; and Teatr Grodzki, from Poland — and ran for 24 months, across two periods: 2023 and 2024. Following the premiere of the internationally recognised film The Trojan Women, which marked the first phase of D.I.V.A. in 2023, the second phase, in 2024, focused on adapting the film into a live performance through a theatre production of the same name. In July, August and September 2024, the teams and cast went on an international tour, presenting the live performance of The Trojan Women in Lisbon, Bielsko-Biała and Athens. Of the 28 actors from the three partner companies, 14 were people with disabilities. This is the D.I.V.A. case study, awarded Bronze at the Prémios Lusófonos da Criatividade in the Sustainability and Social Causes: Inclusion and Integration category. The project far exceeded all its defined objectives and expectations. The results speak for themselves, although the social impact generated — measured beyond the numbers — remains the most valuable return. For many of the artists, this was the first time they had travelled and performed before an audience in a foreign country. It was a rewarding and unique experience, particularly for the participants with disabilities. According to them, the experience increased their self-confidence and enabled them to perform on an equal footing with their non-disabled colleagues. Because art includes and should include everyone.

When Bettery entered the Portuguese and Spanish markets, Kabrio Agency developed the Bettery Influencers Community — a strategic influencer communication project designed to build a relevant, cohesive community aligned with the brand’s purpose and values. We gave the 2024 edition a new look: poster, roll-ups, website and newsletter banners, and a dedicated series for speakers and sponsors. From September to November we ran the conference's LinkedIn and Instagram, with keynote introductions, calls to register, a last call and programme highlights. We then took the story to the press, pitching the release "Lisbon hosts the European Quantum Technologies Conference" individually to Portugal's leading newsrooms and to science and technology media.
